Magical Sun Challenge

The Summer Solstice is upon us, arriving on June 21, at 10:57am. My intention, as many of you already know, is to have everyone connect with and work with nature. So here is my Magical Sun Challenge to you!

You can do this challenge either in the early morning or late evening of the Summer solstice when the sun's energy is most potent. Or if you cannot do it on the actual day, fear not. Do it whenever you can! Or better yet, do it every day. There is no right or want way to do this.

Find a quiet spot – outside if possible. However, if you cannot be outside try a spot by a window or door or even in front of a picture of a rising or setting sun.

Stand or sit comfortably facing the sun. Close your eyes. Take a few deep breaths, allowing yourself to relax and enter a meditative state.

Envision the magical sun in the sky, radiating its vibrant energy and colors. Feel its warmth and brilliance surrounding you, filling you with vitality and inspiration.

When you feel fully connected to the energy of the sun, recite the following or create an intention of your own.

"On this sacred solstice day,

I call upon the sun's bright rays.

With fire's passion, my spirit aligns,

Igniting power that forever shines.

As the sun reaches its glorious height,

My intentions manifest with vibrant light.

From this solstice fire, I am renewed,

Empowered by the sun, my passions pursued."

Repeat the intention three times, each time with increasing confidence and conviction. Visualize your intentions and passions intertwining with the sun's energy, gaining momentum and strength.

After the third repetition, bask in the energy you have created. Feel the warmth of the sun's

magic surrounding you, infusing you with its power and illumination.

When you are ready, express gratitude to the sun and the forces of nature for their presence and assistance.

May this Magical Sun Challenge bring you a bountiful Summer season filled with light, growth, and the fulfillment of your hopes, dreams, and wishes.
