Day 6 Challenge ~ Knowing the Animals

Day 6 Challenge ~ Knowing the Animals

Exercising Claircognizance (clear knowing)

Today we are exercising my strongest clair ~ claircognizance. This is how I received mostly all my information; through a clear and trusting knowing of something. All my other clairs work in tandem with my clearing knowing. For example, I might see spirit in my mind’s eye, but I don’t see colors, features, etc. but I know what they are and can describe it all to you.

I’m excited for this exercise. I find that this clair is a hard one to ‘accept’ because you don’t see, hear, smell, etc., you just know. And knowing something is a hard thing to trust without proof. It reminds me of Missouri, the “Show Me State”. It is said that Missouri folks are skeptical to accept something without proof. Well with claircognizance it is all knowing without proof. Lots of trust in your connection, guides, spirit team, and the like is needed to fully immerse yourself into this clair.

Let’s practice!

It is time to get outside to observe animals in their natural habitat. Reflect on their behaviors and characteristics. Tap into your science, ecology, and zoology knowledge. For example, if you see a chipmunk stuffing their cheek pouches (also called shopping bags) think about why they do this (so they can transport their food back to their underground burrow).

Then, consider what this observation might offer you in terms of a message. Let’s use the chipmunk’s shopping bags again. If your attention is brought to the chipmunk, do you get a clear knowing that you need to slow down when you eat; to take your time and be in the present with your food?

This is your claircognizance providing insight. Remember when you connect with an animal to connect heart to heart, soul to soul.

Trust that the information you are getting is truth. Intuitive hits come as clear information and trusting that it is true is key.

Take time to write down or voice record what you received and how it worked for you. You will want to reflect on your notes once the challenge is over.
